Individual Sessions
In our individual sessions we aim to tackle any specific issues impacting your performance, as well as working to improve your overall performance mindset. By developing a mental skills toolbox, athletes will have a variety of strategies to deal with the challenges they’ll encounter in sports and life.
Because each individual session will be tailored to the specific individual, it is difficult to say exactly what will be covered. Common topics for sessions include motivation, attitude, goals & commitment, people skills, self-talk, mental imagery, managing anxiety, focus, emotional management, mindfulness, confidence, values, and much more.
Why consider individual sessions?
